局部存在异常的地基或经基槽检验查明的局部异常地基,均需根据实际情况、工程要求和施工条件,妥善进行局部处理。处理方法可根据具体情况有所不同,但均应遵循减小地基不均匀沉降的原则,使建筑物各部位的沉降尽量趋于一致。本文笔者结合实际工作实践,对不同地基土质情况进行分析,阐述了地基的处理方法,并以地基的处理方法夯实法为例,就地基处理中需要的机具设备、施工要点和质量检验进行了阐述,仅供参考。
Local subgrade or local anomalous foundation identified by base trough inspection shall be properly handled locally according to actual conditions, project requirements and construction conditions. Treatment methods may vary according to the specific circumstances, but should follow the principle of reducing the uneven settlement of the foundation so that the settlement of various parts of the building tend to be consistent. Based on the practical work practice, the author analyzes the soil conditions of different foundations and elaborates the treatment methods of the foundation. Taking the method of compaction of ground treatment as an example, this paper elaborates the necessary equipment, construction essentials and quality inspection in foundation treatment ,for reference only.
