随着职业院校的深入发展,各高职院校有了更多的办学自主权,单独招生便是这一自主权的具体体现。相对于多样化的招生形式,新生的入学教育模式,缺少灵活性、多样性,没有充分体现出职业教育因材施教的特点。通过对新生调查问卷,采用SPSS16.0数据统计,分析单独招生和普通高考招生两类群体在适应期阶段的学习、心理、生活、环境等方面存在的明显差异,并提出解决对策,以期使用高职院校学生适应期阶段的教育形式更加完善。
With the further development of vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges have more autonomy in running schools, and enrollment alone is the embodiment of this autonomy. Compared with diversified forms of enrollment, freshmen’s enrollment education model lacks flexibility and diversity and does not fully reflect the characteristics of vocational education in accordance with aptitudes. Through the questionnaire of freshmen, using SPSS16.0 data statistics, this paper analyzes the obvious differences in the learning, psychology, life and environment of the two groups of admissions and ordinary college entrance examination admissions during the adaptation period, and puts forward the solutions, in order to use the high Vocational college students adapt to the stage of education more perfect form.
