患者男,56岁。因头颈部顽固性疼痛两个月入院。查体:体温36.2℃,脉搏88,血压130/90。除脑膜刺激征阳性外,其余未发现异常。眼底正常。血:白细胞16,248,中性53%,淋巴40%,单核7%。脑脊液无色透明,压力125毫米水柱,白细胞230,单核60%,多核40%,红细胞300,蛋白定量50毫克%,糖及氯化物正常。脑电图示轻度异常。脑CT检查未发现异常。初诊为病毒性脑膜脑炎,给予激
