新闻出版业的发展离不开财税政策的支持。本报告全面回顾了我国支持新闻出版业发展的财税政策的出台背景、发展历程和现行政策措施体系,并且通过对课题组组织的行业代表座谈会、数百家企事业单位的问卷调查以及赴部分省市实地调研考察所得的数据进行分析,客观、系统地评价了我国新闻出版业现行财税政策取得的成效,并提出了现行政策面临的九个问题。 Press and publication industry can not develop without the support of fiscal policy. This report provides a comprehensive review of the background and history of China’s fiscal and taxation policies in support of the development of the press and publication industry and the current policy and policy measures. Through the symposium on industry representatives organized by the task force and the questionnaire survey conducted by hundreds of enterprises and institutions, Provincial and municipal field research and analysis of the data obtained from an objective and systematic evaluation of the current press and publication industry in our fiscal and taxation policies made the effectiveness of the proposed nine issues facing the current policy.
