随着中职教育的迅猛发展,在校生人数快速增加,生源的素质、特点也发生了较大变化,这使得中职学校的学生管理工作面临新的挑战。加强对学生的关怀,缩短师生心理距离,改善班主任与学生交往的策略,构建和谐的师生关系逐渐成为中职学校学生管理工作的重点之一。
With the rapid development of secondary vocational education, there is a rapid change in the number of students and a great change in the qualities and characteristics of students. This makes the management of students in secondary vocational schools face new challenges. To strengthen the care of students, shorten the psychological distance between teachers and students, to improve the class teacher and student engagement strategies, building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has gradually become one of the focus of the management of students in secondary vocational schools.
