本文通过酯化反应将黄原酸官能团引入硼酸酯的分子结构中,制备了1种新型含硫有机硼酸酯添加剂(BXT),并对其结构组成进行了表征。将制备的添加剂以不同质量分数加入到聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油中,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上对其摩擦学性能进行了评价,同时对其水解稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,所制备的硼酸酯不但具有良好的极压抗磨性能,而且在基础油中的水解稳定性得到明显改善,在工业润滑油中具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, a new type of sulfur-containing organoborate additive (BXT) was prepared by introducing xanthogen acid functional groups into the molecular structure of boric acid ester by esterification reaction. The structure and composition were characterized. The prepared additives were added into poly-α-olefin (PAO) base oil with different mass fraction, and their tribological properties were evaluated on a four-ball friction and wear tester. The hydrolytic stability was also investigated. The results show that the prepared boric acid esters not only have good extreme pressure and antiwear properties, but also obviously improve the hydrolytic stability in the base oil, and have wide application prospect in industrial lubricating oil.
