195柴油机起动齿轮轴,原设计为45钢调质,由于45钢短缺,而用40Cr钢代替,要求调质硬度HRC22~28。 40Cr钢Ac_3点为780℃,常用850~870℃油淬工艺,由于车间油槽容量小,连续生产油温易升高,生产不安全。由于生产任务重,必须寻找以水代油的热处理工艺。经多次试验,我们采用了如下两种工艺。工艺1:盐浴炉加热,780℃,盐水冷至200℃左右空冷,硬度HRC54~57,经670℃回火后硬度HRC22~28。

Process 1: salt bath furnace heating, 780 ℃, brine cooling to about 200 ℃ air cooling, hardness HRC54 ~ 57, after tempering at 670 ℃ hardness HRC22 ~ 28.
