石棉摩擦材料是以石棉为增强材料,树脂和橡胶为粘合剂,以填料作为摩擦性能调节剂所组成的具有一定摩擦性能的三元复合材料,广泛地应用于汽车、火车、拖拉机、飞机、舰艇和各种工程机械的减速、制动及传递动力。石棉摩擦材料及材料中的各个组分在使用时受压力、速度及摩擦表面的瞬时高温的作用,其摩擦性能和物理机械性能往往要改变。本文用扫描电镜对石棉摩擦材料(刹车片)在不同使用温度下其表面结构特性进行观察研究,当温度达到350℃时,刹车片表面出现龟裂、摩擦系数下降等现象,为进一步研究摩擦材料性能特征,改进工艺配方,研制新材料提供参考。材料和方法
