抓好现场管理工作,是提高企业素质,增强企业活力的一项基础性工作。在工业企业中,原材物料的投入,生产过程的组织,产品质量的保证,劳动环境的优化以及人的积极性的发挥,都集中在生产现场表现出来。所以,加强生产现场管理,是企业的一项综合治理工程。天津味精厂是一个老企业,近年来在深化企业改革中,始终把加强现场管理摆在主要位置,并通过以下几个方面开展工作:

In recent years, in the process of deepening corporate reforms, it has always put the strengthening of on-site management in the main position and carried out work through the following aspects:
