目前,高职保险实务专业人才培养模式无法满足保险行业人才需求。文章分析了传统保险专业人才培养存在的问题,提出了校内经营职场背景下的人才培养思路,对人才培养方案、课程体系设置和教学方法、实践教学与师资队伍建设提出了建议。 At present, the training mode of vocational insurance professionals in higher vocational education can not meet the demand of talents in the insurance industry. This article analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of traditional insurance professionals, puts forward the train of thought of personnel training in the background of business administration in schools, and puts forward some suggestions on the personnel training programs, the setting of curriculum system and teaching methods, practical teaching and the construction of teaching staff.
