企业声誉管理是知识经济时代,经济全球化和我国市场经济对企业生存和立足的要求。但是我国企业的声誉管理意识比较的薄弱。本文从企业声誉管理的概念、必要性出发,分析声誉管理的重要性,然后提出一系列完善和增强企业声誉管理的措施。
Enterprise reputation management is the era of knowledge-based economy, economic globalization and China’s market economy for business survival and foothold requirements. However, the reputation awareness of Chinese enterprises is relatively weak. Based on the concept and necessity of enterprise reputation management, this article analyzes the importance of reputation management, and then puts forward a series of measures to improve and enhance enterprise reputation management.
