室式燃烧间接加热熔铅炉热平衡测试表明:因不完全燃烧、高温排烟原因,熔铅燃气单耗高达175 m3/t Pb,热效率仅为9.9%,排烟损失高达53.9%,化学不完全燃烧损失高达23.86%。理论计算表明:应用均匀直接加热、高效回收烟气余热及预热空气的熔铅炉蓄热式燃烧技术后,熔铅燃气单耗可降低到105 m3/tPb,节能达到40%。
The results of thermal equilibrium tests show that the unit consumption of molten lead gas is as high as 175 m3 / t Pb due to incomplete combustion and high temperature exhaust.
