以黄衢南高速公路小净距隧道为工程依托,运用有限元的基本理论,采用ABAQUS软件对小净距隧道爆破开挖时相邻洞的影响进行了研究。重点分析了Ⅳ、V级围岩条件下考虑爆破因素时隧道的合理净距。分析的重点是隧道后行洞爆破开挖时先行洞产生的塑性变形的范围大小,当塑性区贯通时则认为所选用的净距不合理,或应采取措施。为小净距隧道净距优化及施工方法的选择提供参考。
Based on the project of supporting small clear-distance tunnels on Huang-Qu-Nan expressway, the influence of adjacent tunnels during excavation of small clear-distance tunnels by using ABAQUS software was studied based on the basic theory of finite element method. The reasonable clearance of the tunnel under the conditions of IV and V surrounding rock considering the blasting factor is emphatically analyzed. The analysis focuses on the range of plastic deformation caused by the first hole when excavating the tunnel after tunneling. When the plastic zone runs through, it is considered that the selected clear distance is not reasonable or measures should be taken. It provides a reference for the optimization of the clear distance of small clear distance tunnels and the selection of construction methods.
