本文阐述了非晶态金属真空制备装置的用途及研制意义,装置的技术指标,结构特 点以及磁耦合等先进技术的应用。通过对 Ni P、Ni PCe、 Ni PY、 CuZr等含易氧化元 素非晶态材料的制备及测试结果,证明本装置可以在真空保护气氛下制备含稀土等易氧 化元素的非晶态材料。
This article describes the use of amorphous metal vacuum preparation device and its significance, device specifications, structural characteristics and application of advanced magnetic coupling technology. The preparation and test results of NiO, Ni PCe, Ni PY, CuZr and other non-crystalline oxides containing easily oxidizable elements show that the device can prepare amorphous materials containing easily oxidizable elements such as rare earth under a vacuum protective atmosphere.
