目的 :研究呼吸道感染腺病毒的基因分型。方法 :对急性呼吸道感染腺病患者进行咽拭子标本采集,提取患者的DNA,通过PCR方法对基因分型进行详细的分析。结果:将500bp的DNA分子质量标准中PCR产物采取1.2%琼脂糖凝胶电泳处理,在50份标本中,25份扩增片段为300bp,确定是腺病毒通用型。结论 :本文对呼吸道感染患者腺病毒的基因成分及进行了详细分析,主要以通用基因型以及基因2型和4型为主要分型。对腺病毒进行检测分析,发现其发展规律,为以后的临床治疗提供参考。
Objective: To study the genotyping of adenovirus in respiratory tract infection. Methods: Throat swab specimens were collected from patients with adenovirus of acute respiratory tract infection, and the DNA of patients was extracted. Genotyping was analyzed in detail by PCR. Results: The PCR product of 500bp DNA molecular weight standard was processed by 1.2% agarose gel electrophoresis. Among 50 samples, 25 amplified fragments were 300bp, which was confirmed to be adenovirus universal. CONCLUSIONS: In this paper, the genetic composition of adenovirus in patients with respiratory tract infection was analyzed in detail. The common genotypes and genotypes 2 and 4 were the main genotypes. Adenovirus detection analysis found its law of development for future clinical treatment to provide a reference.
