2010年7月21日,由杨树安、吴齐率领的国家体育总局西藏调研慰问小组到拉萨。没有片刻休息,22日开始了赴藏调研的行程。上午,调研慰问小组一行首先到西藏自治区体育运动技术学校进行调研。杨树安、吴齐等调研组成员听取了学校校长刘建华关于办学办校情况的汇报,重点观摩、考察了学生的摔跤、乒乓球、田径、射箭等学校优势项目的训练情况。所到之处,杨树安等领导对该技术学校为西藏体育事业所作出的贡献表示肯定,并对办好体育运动技术学校和发展西藏体育事业提出了殷切的希望。结束了体育运动技术学校的调研工作后,调研慰问小组继续前往西藏大学调研、慰问。
