近年来,上海郊区冬瓜枯萎病很为严重,造成死苗、死藤,严重田块有种无收,使冬瓜生产受到很大的影响,为此我们开展了冬瓜嫁接栽培技术的研究。试验初步表明,嫁接的冬瓜对防止枯萎病有较好的效果,并能增强生长势,提高产量。现将冬瓜的嫁接技术小结如下。(一)砧木的选择冬瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)在土壤中能存活多年,是以土壤带菌为主而引起的病害,选择砧木必须抗枯萎病,并与冬瓜有较好的亲合力,而且不影响产量、品质。供试的砧木,普通南瓜类型有本地猪头南瓜、黄狼南瓜、日本的白菊座南瓜;笋瓜类型有南京黄皮笋瓜、金山笋瓜;西葫芦类
