本文以四川大学华西医院区域协同医疗服务实践为例,在介绍华西医院区域医疗协同服务的概况和体系的基础上,分析了我国西部地区区域医疗实践中存在的一些问题,如区域协同医疗的推进缺乏动力,区域协同医疗政策严重滞后,缺乏分层级配置的检验检查质量标准,缺乏规范的医疗信息系统平台建设标准等。本文提出了促进西部地区区域医疗协同的关键点:强化区域协同医疗中的政府主导性、建立适应区域协同医疗的医保体系和区域性检验中心。
This paper takes West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example. By introducing the general situation and system of the regional medical services in West China Hospital, this paper analyzes some problems in the practice of regional medical services in West China, such as the promotion of regional collaborative medical services Lack of motivation, seriously lagged the regional collaborative medical policy, the lack of hierarchical quality inspection and inspection standards, the lack of standardized platform for the construction of medical information systems standards. This paper puts forward the key points to promote regional medical cooperation in the western region: to strengthen the government dominance in regional collaborative medical care and to establish a medical insurance system and a regional inspection center adapted to the regional collaborative medical care.
