保济丸临床用于恶心呕吐、噎食嗳酸、肠胃不适、消化不良、四时感冒、头痛发热等疾患。药理实验证明,保济丸有促进家兔离体肠段收缩力(P<0.05)和小鼠胃肠推进运动作用(P<0.01)且可被阿托品阻断;电生理实验结果证实,保济丸有增加消化道电位的作用,显示促进消化道运动的效应,急性毒性表明,保济丸的LD_(50)=699.8±30.11g/kg,相当于临床口服量的5000倍;表明保济丸毒性极低。
Po Chai Pills are used clinically for nausea and vomiting, eating tannic acid, gastrointestinal discomfort, indigestion, colds, headaches and fever. Pharmacological experiments showed that Baoji Pills promoted the intestine contraction (P<0.05) and gastrointestinal propulsion (P<0.01) in mice and could be blocked by atropine; electrophysiological results confirmed that Baoji Pills Pills have the effect of increasing the digestive tract potential and show the effect of promoting digestive tract movement. Acute toxicity shows that the LD 50 of Baoji Pills is 699.8±30.11 g/kg, which is equivalent to 5,000 times the clinical oral dose; it shows that Baoji Pills Very low toxicity.
