本文以各类纸浆和烟用白卡纸为研究对象,通过充氮气、在不同环境湿度和温度下平衡等方式,考察了不同大气环境下其甲醇的释放规律;通过考察氧气含量、木素含量和水分含量对甲醇再生成量的影响探讨并验证了纸制品甲醇再生成的机理。结果表明:甲醇再生成量分别与大气环境氧气含量、纸制品木素含量以及环境湿度成正相关;通过适当降低纸张干燥时的烘缸温度及贮存的环境温度、湿度以及减少贮存时间,可有效减少甲醇再生成量。
