目的研究猪苓Polyporus umbellatus(pers.)中脂肪酸类化学成分。方法采用95%乙醇浸提猪苓药材粗粉,综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱及ODS柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过核磁共振(NMR)波谱分析及高分辨质谱技术(HR-ESI-MS)确证分离所得成分化学结构。结果分离得到并鉴定5个脂肪族类化合物,分别鉴定为十七烷酸Heptadecanoic acid(1)、棕榈油酸Palmitoleic acid(2)、亚油酸Linoleic acid(3)、亚油酸甲酯Linolelaidic acid-methyl ester(4)、亚油酸乙酯Linolelaidic acid-ethyl ester(5)。结论首次从猪苓菌核体中分离得到化合物1~5。
Objective To study the fatty acid composition of Polyporus umbellatus (pers.). Methods The crude meal of Polyporus umbellatus was extracted with 95% ethanol and separated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and ODS column chromatography, and purified by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry (HR-ESI- MS) confirms the chemical structure of the resulting fraction. Results Five aliphatic compounds were isolated and identified as Heptadecanoic acid (1), Palmitoleic acid (2), Linoleic acid (3), Linolelaidic acid -methyl ester (4), Linolelaidic acid-ethyl ester (5). Conclusion For the first time, compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from Polyporus umbellatus nuclei.
