刘善泳先生,70后,江西石城人,从事地方志工作13年有余,自2004年开始方志理论研究,自此勤奋笔耕,思如泉涌,不到10年即成果丰硕,在《中国地方志》和福建、安徽、广西、黑龙江等省方志刊物上发表40余篇论文,论文还入选中国地方志学会第二届学术年会和中国地方志学会年鉴工作委员会第二届学术研讨会,《史通方志札记》一文被评为江西省第十五次社会科学优秀成果三等奖。善泳可谓方志理论研究的后起之秀。现善泳将其论文结集,名《方志思辨》,邀我作
