本文研究了氢化物发生—无色散原子荧光光度法测定土壤中有效态硒和总硒的方法,确定了各项最佳测定条件,考察了多种元素对测定的干扰情况。测定有效态硒和总硒的相对标准偏差分别为32%和35%;加标回收率分别为893~104%和935~102%。本方法也适用于沉积物中有效态硒和总硒的测定。
In this paper, the method of hydride generation-non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of available selenium and total selenium in soil was studied. The optimum conditions were determined and the interferences of various elements on the determination were investigated. The relative standard deviations of available selenium and total selenium were 32% and 35%, respectively. The spiked recoveries were 893 ~ 104% and 935 ~ 102% respectively. This method is also applicable to the determination of available selenium and total selenium in sediments.
