广东省东江—深圳供水改造工程是向香港、深圳以及沿线东莞市城镇提供饮用源水、农田灌溉用水的跨流域大型调水工程,旗岭泵站是该供水改造工程中新建的大型重点供水泵站。分析了旗岭泵站备用电源自动投入(BZT)装置的电路原理,根据控制任务选择系统配置和软件设计,使该装置实现对多电源运行、自动投入和复位等的自动控制。实践证明,BZT装置可靠性高,确保了旗岭泵站大型斜流泵连续几年无故障运行。
The Dongjiang-Shenzhen Water Supply Improvement Project in Guangdong Province is a large-scale inter-basin water transfer project that provides drinking water and farmland irrigation water to towns and cities in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan City. Qiling Pumping Station is a large-scale key water supply pump newly built in the water supply reconstruction project station. The circuit principle of BZT device in Qiling pumping station is analyzed. The system configuration and software design are selected according to the control task so that the device can realize the automatic control of multi-power operation, automatic input and reset. Practice has proved that BZT device reliability, to ensure that Qiling Pump Station large ramp pump for several years of trouble-free operation.
