针对管线钢的落锤撕裂性能问题,对比了落锤撕裂性能差别较大的实验材料的显微组织,并从夹杂物百分比、分布、成分角度分析了夹杂物对落锤性能的影响,分析了M/A岛对落锤性能的影响,观察并分析了位错、析出物的分布以及强化机制。结果表明,当组织中有适量的多边形铁素体,较少量的粒状贝氏体,夹杂物较少且分布均匀,趋向于球形,M/A岛弥散细小,不连接成链状,析出物尺寸细小,且分布弥散时,实验材料具有良好的落锤撕裂性能。
According to the drop weight tear performance of pipeline steel, the microstructure of the experimental material with different drop weight tear performance is contrasted. The influence of inclusions on the drop hammer performance is analyzed from the percentage, distribution and composition of inclusion. The effect of M / A island on drop hammer performance was analyzed. Dislocations, distribution of precipitates and strengthening mechanism were observed and analyzed.
