采用Instron5882万能材料试验机研究了混合稀土加入量对含铁1.2%的ZL101合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:适量RE的加入可有效抑制高铁ZL101合金中的针状Fe相,细化α-Al晶粒,改善共晶硅的形貌,提高合金的抗拉强度,但对其伸长率的提高并不明显。随RE加入量的增加,含铁1.2%的ZL101合金的铸态和T6态的抗拉强度为先升后降,当RE加入量为0.36%时,达到最大值148、211MPa,比变质前分别提高了28.7%和22%。
Instron5882 universal material testing machine was used to study the effect of mixed rare earth addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL101 alloy with 1.2% Fe. The results show that the proper amount of RE can effectively inhibit the acicular Fe phase in the high-speed ZL101 alloy, refine the α-Al grains, improve the morphology of the eutectic silicon and increase the tensile strength of the alloy. However, Improvement is not obvious. With the increase of RE addition, the tensile strength of as-cast and T6 state of ZL101 alloy with 1.2% iron content increases firstly and then decreases. When the RE addition amount is 0.36%, the maximum value reaches 148,211 MPa, Increased by 28.7% and 22%.
