Since the beginning of this year,China’s exportof ferro-molybdenum has increased by someconsiderable amount,leading to uncontrolledmining of the molybdenum resources. Customsstatistics show that in the first half of this year,along with the price increase of ferro-molybdenum on the international market,China’s export of ferro-molybdenum grew by13.7 per cent year on year to 17,885 tons withthe trade volume reaching US$239,000,000,upby 1.5 times.Among the total export,Liaoningprovince became the largest exporter of ferro-molybdenum with 11,829 tons and a value ofUS$162,000,000, up by 48.7 per cent and 2.3
