混凝土的绝热温升及其变化规律是计算温度应力、进行仿真计算的重要参数。研制了一套混凝土绝热温升测试仪,并编制了专业软件。对福建溪柄的碾压混凝土做了测试,给出了绝热温升随时间的变化规律。实验表明,文中提出的二级跟踪加热法以及采用的模拟滤波、数宇滤波和双层屏蔽浮地法等各种提高实验精度的措施达到了预期目的。软件功能强使用方便。
The adiabatic temperature rise of concrete and its changing law are important parameters for calculating temperature stress and performing simulation calculation. A set of concrete adiabatic temperature rise tester was developed and professional software was developed. The roller compacted concrete in Xiset, Fujian was tested and the law of the adiabatic temperature rise with time was given. Experiments show that the two-step tracking heating method proposed in the paper and the analog filter, digital filter, double-layer shielding floating method and other measures to improve the experimental accuracy have achieved the intended purpose. The software is powerful and easy to use.
