本研究选择“学习型组织七维度”模型为学习型组织的操作性定义,以我国国有制造业33家公司的369名员工为有效样本,定量分析了我国国有制造业的学习型组织建设情况,并对学习型组织和企业经营业绩之间的关系进行实证研究。
This study chooses the “seven dimensions of learning organization” model as the operative definition of learning organization. Taking the 369 employees of 33 companies in state-owned manufacturing industry as the effective samples, this study quantitatively analyzes the construction of learning organization of state-owned manufacturing in our country Situation, and empirical study of the relationship between learning organization and business performance.
