《振动与冲击手册》二、三卷审稿会议于1986年3月8日～15日在杭州浙江大学召开。主编、副主编及各卷作者计20余人参加了会议。会议由主编、哈尔滨工业大学黄文虎教授主持。会议期间,与会者本着努力把《手册》编写成一部密切反映我国机械、仪器仪表、土木建筑、船舶车辆、航空航天等领域中振动与冲击的实际问题以及当代科学技术最新成就的大型工具专著的精神,对各卷中每章都进 Vibration and Shock Handbook Volume II and III reviewers’ meeting was held at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou from March 8 to March 15, 1986.
