介绍显微镜面积测微尺的设计和运用定积分近似计算细胞面积的方法.通过与KONTRON IBAS数字图像处理仪对比测量研究,对以病理诊断为对照的70例乳腺肿瘤患者的穿刺涂片细胞进行了面积测算和统计学分析,得出了显微镜面积测微尺和数字图像处理仪两者间的测量结果具有统计学意义.证实了显微镜面积测微尺具有准确性高、重复性好,选择性及稳定性强等优点,是细胞形态定量诊断和研究的一个新的有效工具,具有实际应用和推广价值.
2. This paper introduces the design of microscope micrometer and the method of calculating the cell area by definite integral. By comparing with the KONTRON IBAS digital image processing apparatus, the area of the puncture smear cells from 70 breast tumor patients with pathological diagnosis as the control was measured and statistically analyzed, and the microscope area micrometer and digital image processing were obtained. The measurement results between the two instruments are statistically significant. It is proved that the microscope micrometer has the advantages of high accuracy, good repeatability, good selectivity and stability, etc. It is a new effective tool for quantitative diagnosis and research of cell morphology, and has practical application and promotion value.
