节段式多级离心注水泵常采用的平衡盘装置易被磨损 ,而平衡鼓装置存在泄漏量大的问题 ,为此提出注水泵采用兼有平衡盘和平衡鼓优点的双平衡鼓装置。为最大限度地减少注水泵双平衡鼓装置的泄漏损失 ,在保证平衡装置工作灵敏、可靠和寿命长等条件下 ,提出了以其泄漏损失最小为目标函数的平衡装置平衡力优化设计方法。计算结果表明 ,该方法较传统的设计方法方便 ,计算精度高 ,用此方法设计的平衡装置的泄漏量小 ,平衡盘不易磨损。
The multi-stage centrifugal water injection pump often used in the balance disc device is easy to wear, and the balance drum device there is a large amount of leakage problems, for which the proposed water injection pump balance disc and balance the advantages of double-drum device. In order to minimize the leakage loss of the double drum unit of the water injection pump, a balanced design optimization method of the balance unit with the least leakage loss as the objective function is proposed, under the conditions of being sensitive, reliable and long service life of the balance unit. The calculation results show that the method is more convenient than the traditional design method, the calculation accuracy is high. The leakage of balance device designed by this method is small, and the balance disc is not easy to wear.
