重返关贸总协定对钢铁工业的影响将是什么?对这个问题必须冷静地加以思考。既不宜盲目地乐观,也不应过于地悲观。本文试图从国际比较的角度来分析我国钢铁工业“入关”后面临的形势。因为我们认为,只有把我国的钢铁工业与国外企业进行横向比较,才能真正认识“入关”后我国钢铁产品的市场竞争力,进而认识“入关”后我们所面临的机遇与挑战。
What will be the impact of the return to GATT on the steel industry? There must be calm thinking on this issue. Neither should it be optimistic blindly nor too pessimistic. This article attempts to analyze the situation that the steel industry in our country faces after entering the country from the angle of international comparison. Because we believe that only by horizontal comparison between China’s steel industry and foreign enterprises can we truly understand the market competitiveness of China’s steel products after China’s entry into the WTO so as to understand the opportunities and challenges we face after entering the country.
