目的通过给予心衰模型大鼠灌服康复新液,观察康复新液对大鼠心肌细胞凋亡指数的影响。方法用多柔比星诱导复制心衰大鼠模型,选30只♂SD大鼠,随机均分为康复新液组、卡托普利组、模型组;给予康复新液组、卡托普利组造模成功的大鼠ig相应药物,模型组ig给予生理盐水,各组均给药4周,最后一次给药后24 h时收集大鼠标本,测定各组大鼠血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的浓度,然后处死大鼠,测定左心室重量,并检测心肌细胞凋亡指数。结果康复新液组及卡托普利组与模型组对比,均可有效降低大鼠血浆中的AngⅡ、TNF-α、IL-6水平(P<0.05);康复新液组及卡托普利组与模型组对比,大鼠的左室重量指数、心肌细胞凋亡指数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论康复新液对心衰模型大鼠的心肌功能有激活作用,其可能的机制是能降低大鼠血浆中神经内分泌细胞因子AngⅡ、TNF-α、IL-6的水平,从而改善左室重量指数,抑制心肌细胞的凋亡。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin Solution on cardiomyocyte apoptosis index in rats given heart failure model by giving Kangfuxin solution. Methods Doxorubicin induced heart failure rat model, selected 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into Kangfuxin solution group, captopril group, model group; given Kangfuxin solution group, captopril Rats in the model group were given ig corresponding drugs. The model group was administered with normal saline. The rats in each group were administered for 4 weeks. The rats were collected 24 hours after the last administration, and the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ ), Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured. Left ventricular weight was measured and cardiomyocyte apoptosis index was determined. Results Compared with the model group, the KFNF group and the captopril group were able to effectively reduce the levels of AngⅡ, TNF-α and IL-6 in the plasma (P <0.05); KFNF group and captopril Compared with the model group, the left ventricular mass index and cardiomyocyte apoptosis index of rats decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution can activate cardiac function in heart failure model rats. The possible mechanism is that Kangfuxin Solution can reduce the level of neuroendocrine cytokines AngⅡ, TNF-α and IL-6 in rats, and improve the left ventricular mass index , Inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
