目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进突眼征眼部生物学测值与血流动力学的关系及临床意义。方法选择临床确诊为甲状腺功能亢进突眼征患者,采用CDFI超声诊断仪观察眼球及球后组织的回声和血流情况,同时进行眼部生物学测值及视网膜中央动脉血流动力学参数测定,分析正常对照组与甲亢突眼组视网膜中央动脉血流参数和眼部生物学测值的相关性。结果甲亢突眼组CDFI显示视网膜中央动脉血流收缩期峰值速度增加,舒张期血流速度降低,球后二维超声测值有显著变化(P<0.01),而眼球本身测值无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺功能亢进突眼征视网膜中央动脉血流变化与球后生物学测值变化呈正相关,同时随时间的推移球后生物学测值变化更明显。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ocular hemodynamics and hemodynamics in hyperthyroidism and its clinical significance. Methods The patients with clinically diagnosed hyperthyroidism were selected. The echogenicity and blood flow were observed by CDFI. The ocular biological parameters and central hemodynamics parameters of the retina were measured at the same time. The correlation between central retinal blood flow parameters and ophthalmological values in normal control group and hyperthyroidism exophthalmos group was analyzed. Results The CDFI of hyperthyroidism group showed that the peak velocity of systolic phase of central retinal artery was increased and the diastolic velocity of flow was decreased. The two-dimensional ultrasound showed significant changes (P <0.01), while there was no significant change P> 0.05). Conclusions The changes of the central retinal artery blood flow in the patients with hyperthyroidism are positively correlated with the change of postburn biological measurements, and the changes of the posterior hemispheres are more obvious with the passage of time.
