目前工会事业已经取得了一定的成绩。但要得到进一步的发展,必须注意以下几方面的问题。 1、树立投入产出观念:投入和产出是紧密相联的两个方面。在投入上要做到既积极又稳妥,首先要有积极的态度,有效的措施,了解情况,掌握信息,提出开发意见。同时又要稳妥,要进行可行性研究、可靠性分析。做到积极而不盲目,稳妥而不保守。投入资金必须和经济效益挂钩,效益大的多投,效益小的少投,无效益的不投。 2、因地制宜,量力而行:要结合本单位的地理环境、资金情况、人员和条件,来确定兴办事业的项目和规模。切忌一哄而上,不合实际地搞投资、上项目,给工会带来新的包袱。同时要合理分配资金,不能因为兴办企事业,影响其它活动的开展。 3、实行经济承包,引入竞争机制:实行经济承
