溃疡性直肠炎是齿状线以下的非特异性的慢性的直肠炎症,目前发病机制尚不明确,患者多伴随出现轻度腹泻、左下腹疼痛、排少量血便以及便秘等。现阶段对其治疗尚无较好的治疗方案,且停药后易复发。在本临床研究中我们采用复方黄柏液联合锡类散保留灌肠与连栀矾溶液联合锡类散保留灌肠对慢性溃疡性直肠炎的疗效进行比较,现将其报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选择本院2013年1月至2016年1
Ulcerative proctitis is a nonspecific, chronic rectal inflammation below the dentate line. The pathogenesis of this disease is not yet clear.
