As one of the 212,000 on-the-job college village officials in the country, I came to the rural grassroots party delegates coming out from Yongxin County under Jinggangshan. I am fortunate enough to attend the 18th CPC National Congress. Combined with my own role, I talk about learning from the eighteen reports of the experience from three perspectives.
