白山抽水蓄能电站6号机组B级检修后进行甩100%负荷试验时,发生水车室管路破裂、转轮和导叶等过流部件设备损坏的事故。主要原因是导叶摩擦装置在机组导叶剪断销剪断后发生滑动,限位块保护功能失效导致导叶与转轮相撞击。对本次甩负荷试验事故起因及经过进行分析,可以让我们深刻了解导叶保护装置对电站安全运行的影响,校验机组导叶接力器的操作容量与导叶保护装置,能在任何工况下安全可靠的操作导水机构,在今后的相关机构设计、工艺操作及电站运维中,引以为鉴,避免此类事故的发生。
