微表处混合料施工性能易受到外界条件和各组成材料品种、性质的影响,特别是在摊铺和成型过程中,存在着复杂的物理-化学变化,某一影响因素的轻微变化都可能对稀浆混合料的破乳速度和可拌和时间产生较大的影响。从机理上解释了阳离子改性乳化沥青的破乳过程,并通过混合料的拌和试验,研究了乳化剂剂量、外加水量、水泥、温度等因素对可拌和时间的影响。结果表明,随着乳化剂剂量、外加水量的增加,混合料可拌和时间延长;随着温度的升高,混合料可拌和时间缩短;而水泥对混合料可拌和时间的影响较复杂,可以是促破,也可以是缓破。
