一、技巧:前滚翻,后滚翻。让学生蹲立,低头,用布带从头后绕至双膝后,与另一端结好(布带长约1米,宽约10厘米,钉上粘扣使用更方便),即把头和双膝连结在一起,形成较固定的蹲立“团身”姿式。如图1。其作用: 1.有助于完成“团身”动作。在“后滚翻”中,可避免“头后仰”“直背后倒”等错误动作。 2.可把双手从“抱小腿”动作中解放出来,专心做“推手”动作,解决了双手顾此失彼的问题。用法提示:根据学生掌握动作的进程,逐渐放松绑带,直至完成不用。二、单杠:支撑后回环。方法(一):让练习者在低单杠上做好支撑,然后将跳绳(或其它较牢固的绳子)中段放于练习者腰
