在猕猴桃叶片离体衰老期间,叶绿素、蛋白质含量及超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性逐渐下降,雨二醛含量不断上升,质膜透性迅速增大。高温加速猕猴桃叶片的衰老进程,而营养液则可延缓其衰老。
During the aging of Kiwifruit leaves, the content of chlorophyll and protein and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased gradually, while the content of the rain dialdehyde increased continually. The plasma membrane permeability increased rapidly. High temperature accelerates the aging process of kiwifruit leaves, while nutrient solution can delay its aging.
