目的分析炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标与房颤的关系。方法选取2015年1月-2016年3月于该院进行诊治的房颤患者59例作为观察组,另选同时间段的体检健康人员59例作为对照组,检测2组的血清炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标并比较,同时比较观察组中不同临床分类与欧州心律学会(EHRA)分级患者的上述指标,并采用Logistic分析炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标与房颤的关系。结果观察组的血清炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标均高于对照组,且不同临床分类与EHRA分级患者的上述血清指标也存在明显差异(P均<0.05),Logistic分析显示,炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标均与房颤有密切的关系(P均<0.05)。结论房颤患者的血清炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶指标均呈现高表达状态,且患者的临床分类与EHRA分级对其表达影响较大,与疾病有密切的关系,应给予积极的监测与干预。
Objective To analyze the relationship between inflammatory factors and matrix metalloproteinase and atrial fibrillation. Methods Fifty-nine patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group and 59 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. Serum inflammatory cytokines Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) were measured and compared. The above indexes in different clinical groups and European Heart Association (EHRA) were also compared. Logistic was used to analyze the relationship between inflammatory factors and matrix metalloproteinase and atrial fibrillation. Results The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There were also significant differences in the above serum indexes between different clinical classification and EHRA grading patients (all P <0.05). Logistic analysis showed that inflammatory factors and Matrix metalloproteinases and atrial fibrillation indicators are closely related (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum inflammatory cytokines and matrix metalloproteinase markers are highly expressed in patients with atrial fibrillation, and the clinical classification and EHRA classification of patients have a greater impact on their expression, and are closely related to the disease, and should be actively monitored and intervened.
