废边卷取机作为板带车间精整机组的重要设备,其工作的稳定性、可靠性直接影响整套机组的工作效率。通过对废边卷取机的生产情况长期跟踪,确认了造成废边卷卸卷抽芯故障的原因是压辊液压控制回路里蓄能器的充氮压力过大;此外,还提出了将往复移动布料辊改为固定式立导辊的优化设计。
