目的:探讨达克宁栓联合制霉菌素治疗严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病72例。其中,研究组42例采用达克宁栓联合制霉菌素治疗;对照组30例,采用单纯达克宁栓400mg治疗。观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后(7~10)d随访结果表明,研究组痊愈率为100.0%;对照组为70.0%,研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后(28~35)d随访结果显示,研究组痊愈率为83.3%,对照组为53.3%,研究组疗效仍优于对照组(P<0.006)。结论:达克宁栓联合制霉菌素治疗严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治愈率高,复发率小,是一种效果明显、副作用小、简便使用的治疗方法,且易于为患者接受,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of MDT combined with nystatin in the treatment of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: 72 cases of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly selected. Among them, 42 cases in the study group were treated with metoclopramide and nystatin, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with 400 mg metoclopramide alone. The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results: The follow-up results of 7 to 10 days after treatment showed that the cure rate was 100.0% in the study group and 70.0% in the control group. The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.001) The follow-up results showed that the cure rate of the study group was 83.3% and that of the control group was 53.3%. The efficacy of the study group was still better than that of the control group (P <0.006). Conclusion: Combination of merkamycin and nystatin in the treatment of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis has a high cure rate and low recurrence rate. It is an effective and easy-to-use treatment for side effects and is worthy of clinical application .
