重庆古镇旅游资源丰富,品位独特,2002年首批公布的历史文化名镇达20个,之后还评定了十大历史文化名镇,其中有6个被评为“中国历史文化名镇”。
With rich tourism resources and unique taste, the ancient town of Chongqing boasts 20 historical and cultural towns as promulgated in 2002. Ten historical and cultural towns were later assessed, of which 6 were rated “Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Towns in China” .
