目前,海洋经济年均增速为13.6%,但与发达国家相比,我国在深海区域的开发尚没有强大的技术支撑。当今世界各国都将目光聚焦至海洋,海洋资源开发决定着未来经济发展的趋势,而在我国,这一领域基本被国企垄断,民营企业是否能在海洋经济发展中分一杯羹?哪些领域适合民营企业进入?如何进入?带着这些疑问,本刊专访了全国政协委员、“设立中国航海日”的提案者林嘉(?)先生。
At present, the average annual growth rate of the marine economy is 13.6%. However, compared with the developed countries, there is still no strong technical support for the development of the deep-sea region in our country.
