本文用 HRP 法研究了8只家兔,并用解剖法观察了50只家免。对膈核在脊髓的位置、膈运动神经元形态、膈神经感觉神经元胞体位置及膈神经的组成进行了观察。1.家兔膈核定位在 C_(3～5)节段。它是位于脊髓前角的腹内侧和腹外侧柱之间的纵行细胞柱。2.每个膈运动神经元的形态和大小不同。家兔膈运动神经元的胞体多为圆形和椭圆形,大小为5～45微米,平均为25微米。3.家兔膈神经是由 C_(3～5)颈神经腹支组成,膈核的长度在第三到第五节段。即膈核所在的颈髓节段与发出膈神经的节段是一致的。4.家兔膈神经感觉神经元的胞体位于第三和第四颈神经的后根节内。
In this paper, 8 rabbits were studied by HRP method and 50 cases were observed by anatomy. The location of the phrenic nucleus in the spinal cord, the morphology of the phrenic motor neurons, the cellular location of the phrenic nerve sensory neurons, and the composition of the phrenic nerve were observed. 1. Rabbit diaphragm located in C_ (3 ~ 5) segment. It is a column of longitudinal cells located between the ventral and lateral ventricle in the anterior horn of the spinal cord. 2. Each diaphragm motor neurons in different shapes and sizes. Rabbit diaphragm motor neuron cell body mostly round and oval, the size of 5 to 45 microns, with an average of 25 microns. 3. The rabbit phrenic nerve is composed of C_ (3-5) cervical ventral abdominal branches, the length of the diaphragmatic nucleus in the third to the fifth segment. The segment of the cervical cord where the diaphragm is located is the same as the segment of the phrenic nerve. Rabbit phrenic nerve sensory neurons in the third and fourth cervical nerve root cells.
