企业财务管理是企业管理的重点,同时又是企业管理的重要组成部分,成本控制和成本管理是财务管理的主要环节,有效的成本控制必将给企业带来一定的经济效益。本文主要论述了当前辽宁科技旅游企业发展现状,指出了辽宁科技旅游企业成本费用控制中所存在的问题,并采取一定的有效措施,从而在一定程度上缓解辽宁科技旅游企业成本费用控制问题。
Enterprise financial management is the focus of business management, but also an important part of business management, cost control and cost management is the main part of financial management, effective cost control will certainly bring certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
