疲劳是指由于训练过程中机体生理化的改变,从而导致人体运动能力暂时下降的现象。这种在一定时间内,引起机体工作能力暂时下降,全身疲劳,属于正常的生理现象,只要经过调整和适当休息,即可使运动能力得以恢复,甚至超过原有运动水平。但如果疲劳长期积累而不能消除,就可能发展成为过度性疲劳而引起器官病变。所以,对人体疲劳的这种反映,要能够掌握住,并及时进行调整,才不致影响正常的训练和比赛成绩的提高。
